Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the unworn shoes in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
